Shipping Policies

  • To ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible and in good condition, we ship only through reputable courier agencies.
  • While we shall strive to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics or availability. However, we will inform you before doing it.
  • If you believe the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, please refuse to accept delivery of the package and call our Customer Care at 8618659998 or contact us, mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure a replacement delivery to you at the earliest.
  • You may track the shipping status of your order on our website by clicking on the Track your Order section.
  • Please note that all items (including gifts) will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations.

Shipping Partners

  • We use FedEx or Delhivery or BlueDart to ship our products to your destination, as available during checkout and chosen by you.
  • We can also ship via EMS Speed Post on special request to remote locations if you think our shipping partners do not have coverage or served you improperly. HOWEVER, WE CAN’T GUARANTEE TO COMPLY WITH YOUR REQUEST. This is because each shipment’s contents are verified by the post office before acceptance. If they feel that the item may be damaged, then they will not accept the shipment.

Shipping Time / Delivery Time

  • We make every effort to ship your order the same day. 99% of our orders are shipped within 24 Hours.
  • We ship on weekdays (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays. Orders placed on SUNDAY will be shipped only on MONDAY
  • Same-day delivery will be available for orders placed before 01:30 PM (Except Sundays & Public Holidays).
  • Customers can expect their orders to arrive between 3 PM and 10 PM.
  • Shipments through BlueDart, if created before 02:00 PM, will be picked up by them on the same day. Otherwise, the shipment will be picked up only on the next day.
  • Though we can guarantee a delivery time of 2-5 days to anywhere in India, it is totally beyond our control. Each shipping company has its own methods, intermediate transit locations, etc., and the delivery time is unpredictable.
  • Please plan your order with sufficient time for delivery, rather than placing last-minute orders.

Guarantee/Warranty

All items are delivered with standard warranty (unless otherwise specified in the product page) to protect the customers from any manufacturing defect.If you have any problems with your order, please notify us within this duration from the date of shipment of any defective product. You agree to pay for return shipping for exchanges and returns, and we will reimburse this cost upon verification of a product defect. We will replace or repair the damaged products at no cost, with shipping prepaid by us. In case we do not have the product in stock to provide a replacement, we will issue a 100% refund. Furthermore, no warranty will apply if the Product has been subject to misuse, static discharge, neglect, accident, modification, or soldering or alteration in any way.

If the product needs to be exchanged, please send the photos of the damaged product to us. We will estimate the damages and then decide the best way to exchange or return the product. If the item you want to replace is not in stock, we will provide a full refund.

100% Refund/Replacement:

We guarantee accurate descriptions and high-quality products as described on the website. In order to protect customers from shipping damage, item mismatch or parts missing, etc., we are providing 2 days’ time (From the date of order delivery) to report the complaint. Kindly raise a ticket from the website by clicking on the support page. Our technical team will visually verify the submitted details and issue an RMA number for the return of the material. Once we received the product our experts will verify the issue reported and will send the replacement items to the customer shipping cost prepaid by us. In case we do not have the product in stock to provide a replacement, we will issue a 100% refund. Furthermore, no warranty will apply if the Product has been subject to misuse, static discharge, neglect, accident, modification, or soldering or alteration in any way. Due to the nature of the products we sell and our strict quality policy, we are unable to offer order cancellations or returns without a valid reason. Cionlabs reserves the right to take the final decision on all refund requests.

Cancelling An Order:

You want it cancelled? You can ask us (by Email only ) to cancel your order or update your address. Customer Service will get back to you by email within one business day regarding your request. Only orders that are still in status “Pending” or “Payment Verification” can be altered or cancelled. If your order has already moved to a different status, you won’t be able to alter it or cancel it. In some cases, Order cancellation may incur a 5% bank charge, depending on the customer’s payment method. (It is because most of payment gateway providers collect their Commision even though order cancelled and refunded.).Due to the nature of the products we sell and our strict quality policy, we are unable to offer order cancellations or returns without a valid reason. Cionlabs reserves the right to take the final decision on all refund requests.

Return Guidelines:

Once we confirm that the item cannot be repaired by the customer or via Remote Desktop (TeamViewer), we will issue the RMA Number, which you must clearly mention on the Shipping boxes. Do not write anything on the merchandise packaging (Product package). Defective unused merchandise will be replaced within 2 days of receipt. All returns must include a copy of the original packing list that came with your shipment.

Limits Of Responsibility:

We accept no responsibility for improper installation of our products. Electrical polarity must be properly observed in hooking up electrical components.
