It features ultra-low power consumption (~5 mA active, ~1 µA deep sleep), advanced interference suppression, and AoA/AoD support (16-antenna arrays) for precise indoor positioning. With 512 KB/1 MB Flash, 32-byte eFUSE, and rich peripherals (I²S, SPI, etc.), it operates across 1.9–3.6V and includes DC-DC power management, making it ideal for wearables, smart home devices, and high-interference environments.
